[M] spends the better part of his days down on the farm riding his quad. Luckily there are many trails cut out near the house that all lead back to the yard. So he’s able to go out on them by himself and he won’t get lost. He also spends a lot of time just riding around the yard trying new tricks out. He’s taken some spills, and he’s ran into a tree several times, but he wears a helmet and so far has only had a couple scrapes and bruises. He’s tough.
He wanted me to show you all some pictures of him riding. So here you go… oh, the image up top is me trying to do some panning while he speeds past me.
This is out on the trails:

And these are just him riding around in the yard:

He says crouching down like this makes him more aerodynamic:

[M], you rock! Here’s a little video of [M] and his brother motoring around the yard. I’m no Martin Scorsese so cut me some slack on the video taking skills… or lack thereof.

That must be so much fun, riding all of the trails around the farm, [M]!! I flipped a quad before – I couldn’t stop and almost hit a tree. I still have a scar on my finger from the incident. I’ll show you sometime. I’m not proud about it though. I didn’t really know how to drive the thing. So I’m impressed with you! I also couldn’t stop on a motorcycle one other time, and ran it into my house. Same reason. Maybe you need to give me lessons. I drive regular vehicles very well though!! (Really, I do!)
Looks like fun! Thanks for sharing with us [M]!
Me again. I just remembered it was not a quad I flipped. It was an ATC. You know, the 3 wheeler kind – which they don’t make anymore. My front wheel was stuck in the mud, and so I gunned the gas. Bad idea. So I just thought I would come back and clarify that, in case I looked pathetic for flipping a quad.
@Laura@OurHouseOfJoyfulNoise: Sorry, but I laughed at the thought of running a motorcycle into your own house. I hope you weren’t hurt. That would make me laughing even worse.
No [M], I was at least smart enough to jump off before the crash.
The bike did land on the gas pedal though. It was revving real load, and spinning tires. The whole neighborhood new something happened. It was my brother’s motorcycle. He’s the one that made me try to ride. I told him I didn’t know how to drive the thing, but he was daring me, egging me on, and calling me chicken. He wasn’t laughing anymore after that. Only his bike got injuries that time.
@{A}: Thanks for watching my video, {A}.
